Returns Refunds Exchange
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return the product ordered and received by you is in a damaged condition.
Refund will not be initiated if :-
Any item we receive back is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the amount will be transferred to the respective bank account in 5-7 days.
Cancellations will only be accepted if the product has not been shipped from our end.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We replace items if they are defective,damaged or if you need a different size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will call you back to confirm exchange.
To exchange your product, send us an email to email@example.com and we will call you back to verify your exchange request in 24 hours. If your exchange is confirmed our delivery executive will collect the item from you in 24 hours.
You should keep the item packed in its original box with receipt for our delivery executive to schedule a pick up.
Depending on where you live, the time taken for the item you are exchanging your current product for may vary.
What is the estimated delivery time?
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few items that may be delivered in 7-10 days. In the exchange email you send us please mention the the product size you want to exchange your current product with.
